*There is a 4 hour minimum required for hourly rates. Outside of the 4 hour or more rental, you will get an hour for setup and an hour for breakdown added. So a 4 hour rental will be a total of 6 hours for the price.

Facility Rental Only includes, Tables (Round, Rectangle), Clear Chiavari Chairs w/pad, Uplighting, & Kitchenette. Items from our A la carte can be added at an additional cost to help complete your event!
