Hourly Rental Rates

Monday-Thursday

 8 a.m.- 2 p.m. $100/hr.   | After 2 p.m. $150/hr.

Friday, Sunday, Holiday Eve

 8 a.m.-2 p.m. $200/hr.  | After 2 p.m. $250/hr.

Saturday

6 hrs. - $1500 / 8 hrs. - $2,000

10 hrs. - $2,200  / 12 hrs. - $2,500  

 

Holiday

 8 a.m.-2 p.m. $250/hr.  | After 2 p.m. $275/hr.

Refundable Damage Deposit - $150.00

​

*There is a 4-hour minimum required for hourly rate rentals. 

Along with 4 hour or more rental, you will get an hour for setup and breakdown added.

Example: A 4-hour rental will be a 6-hour rental for the price. (Excludes Saturdays)

Chairs: (Clear Phoenix Chiavari w/pads)

Room Uplighting

Speaker Sound System + Microphone

Kitchenette w/Full Refrigerator, Microwave, Sink, & Counter Space

You are allowed to bring in your own Decorators, Catering, & Bartender
